Florida Fires

It is Florida fire season...May-June...and then it runs into hurricane season...this is why FL is rough May-October...the rest of the year is great...anyway, I am stuck in the house when it is fire season...we are pretty close to the Everglades so it can get bad near our house. Emily has asthma and has to stay home when it is really bad like this. It affects her breathing and mine as well significantly. So we are hauled up here. I did not sleep well last night at all...I was wide awake and my mind was racing...happens sometimes. I always wake up feeling lousy...it takes me about an hour to start waking up...on a good day. Enough of that...so, Emily is watching TV and drawing and I am getting ready to mix my flolan for the day...I was going to go to Michaels this morning to get some canvas...but, that will have to wait...usually we have a breeze from the ocean that moves the smoke west, but it is still this morning.
